We all have points of need in our lives where the thoughtful concern of others makes a big difference. Our Care Ministry meets the sick, hospitalized, grieving, and those in need of encouragement in the following ways:
Chaplains
If you or someone you know is hospitalized, in a nursing home, or would like a home visit, our chaplain team is passionate about bringing God’s words of peace, comfort and hope to ones facing surgery, illness or lengthy recovery.
For more information, contact us at care@heritagecc.org or call 614-898-9412 x 331
Benevolence
Heritage attendees experiencing financial hardship are supported in a way which helps the individual learn to live within their resources and maintain good stewardship.
Physical Needs
Our Meals team knows how a simple meal can feed the body and soul during difficult times and are committed to showing God’s love and care in a very practical way.
Funeral Support
When a Heritage family has to say good-bye to a loved one, our funeral support team comes alongside you and provides a nurturing, supportive environment where a grieving family and friends can experience the tender love of God. Our funeral team will also aid you in planning your loved one’s service.
To begin the process of planning your loved one’s service, please contact our Funeral Coordinator or leave a message at 614-898-9412 x444
Military Care
This is a newly developing area of care. If you are active duty or a veteran or a loved one, please let us know. We have a chaplain and others who are former military and would love to support and care for you and your family.
